By ordering a commission from me, Une/Eun ("the Artist"), you ("the Client", "(s)he/ they") affirm to have read and agree to be legally bound by the following Terms of Service listed below. Failure to abide by the Terms of Service may result in a rejected/ cancelled commission with or without a refund, and/ or a blacklist/ public service announcement. Please note that these Terms of Service may be subject to change without prior notice.
Summary
Send a DM to the Artist’s social media sites for consultation.
Can do characters in Anime/Manga style whether it is a Fanart or OC.
Cannot do NSFW, Realistic/Semi-Realism Characters, Mecha, Furies and Animal.
Clients can pay beforehand OR half after the sketch and half before getting the final piece.
The Artist only accepts payment in USD. All prices are in USD.
The Artist uses KoFi commission for accepting payment. The Client can use Paypal, Stripe or Apple pay when paying through KoFi.
The Client can set a deadline with a minimum of 1-2 weeks. Consult the Artist for any urgent commission.
The Artist may charge more for heavily detailed requests.
The Client is obliged to provide any form of reference.
Any commission piece is for PERSONAL USE ONLY.
The Client CAN NOT SELL any commission piece requested to the Artist.
The Client is PROHIBITED to upload any commission piece to any commercial or NFT sites.
Both the Artist and Client can upload the piece on their social media sites. The Client MUST credit the artist.
